Kaiden's 2nd Birthday!

It was a blistering 99 degrees outside, you know one of those day when you feel like you have an electric blanket draped over your shoulders, the occasional breeze was a reminder of the cool comfort of why I should have stayed inside the car. The plan was a quick trip to the Zoo and then have the party at the Mossy Head park.

We were all sweating and red in the face by the time we got through the Zoo gates.

Kiera greeted us by giving the rundown on the "rain deer" and then the quickest trip to the zoo began.



Kaiden enjoyed harassing the animals. His Aunt Brandie didn't think that was a very good idea. ;)

Kaiden and Grace. At first I thought he was lovingly gazing at her. But now I realize that he was eyeballing her juice box.

I didn't get a picture of it but Aunt Brandie had to drag him back to the truck while everyone else loaded the vehicles.
